Sales Representative
General Manager – Beverage Integrity & Filtration
OAK SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking an aspiring Oak Sales Representative to help expand and grow our winemaking products within the Scott Lab portfolio.As the Scott Oak Sales Representative you will drive the sale of Oak Lab products, inclusive of Thermic and StaVin brands, to the alcoholic beverage market and expand Scott Laboratories’ reach and account directory.

- Develop daily, weekly and monthly client visitation plans to increase sales of Oak Lab products
- As needed, work in conjunction with the regional sales representatives to increase annual sales of oak products
- Product presentations to key decision makers
- Continuously grow product and market knowledge with a focus on how to benefit both the customer and the company
- Source neutral wine for bench trials, QC and prep Oak Lab sample kits
- Conduct trials to introduce oak products to both clients and internal staff; prepare tasting samples using good sensory practices
- Provide feedback to TOL Director regarding effectiveness of sales strategies and brand awareness
- Travel as needed for promotion, marketing, trials, training and support
- Proven sales record of successful deals closed
- Enology, Food science or technical degree preferred
- Ability to articulate the sensory experience during formal and informal wine tastings, especially with regard to oak
- Minimum year (3) years of experience working directly with winemakers and wine industry
- Outgoing, social personality at ease in networking and industry events
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Location: Hybrid - Petaluma Based
Salary Range: $85K - $100K DOE

Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to provide strong administrative and accounting services and deliver and our “best in class” customer experience.The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for supporting various AR processes which includes but not limited to, reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate and timely payments. The specialist will work closely with all Scott Laboratories departments and customers and is responsible for a high level of customer service.
